Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are limited-edition and made in small batches, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns/Exchanges

Item must be new, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable).

Must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and signs of wear.

Clearance, sale, destash, and preorder items are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

We’ll happily replace it or issue store credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our end.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

Preorders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may exchange your item (if available) once the original item is returned in eligible condition.
